Venue owners can list accommodation without any listing costs and pay only 12% of all confirmed bookings.
Should venue owners wish to boost bookings, we offer an unparalleled AUCTION function. The Auction House is an application that runs exclusively within our offerings. In its simplest form it is a mode to provide normal discounts and last-minute deals. In its more comprehensive form it allows property managers to auction items or activities over defined periods at their own discretion. Items and activities include but are not limited to rooms, honeymoon suites, game drives, boat trips even a bottle of champagne redeemable during a stay.
Auctions are visible to all users and momentum is created through the display of a visual countdown clock that shows when the auction will end.
Other features include a description of the auction, reserve price and a buy now button. The Auction House is an exceptional tool to generate new clients. Not only do new users have to register their information in order to place a bid, but property managers can incorporate this into their newsletters and invite existing clients into the exciting bidding process.
In addition to this we provide further value by duplicating all our Yuppiestay listings on the site of our sister company – BedButler, which is a BEE Level 2 company with a focus on corporate clientele.
