7th Street Guesthouse is an elegant guest house in the heart of Melville. Located in a quiet cul de sac overlooking the Melville Koppies. Staying at the 7th Street Guest House is an experience in luxury living with an outdoor patio for sipping cocktails as the sun dips beneath the Koppies, private entrances and manicured gardens, a vibrant common-room at night and personal attention that every guests deserves.

There are 12 luxury en-suite rooms. We accommodate pilgrims, tourists, holidaymakers and families, couples, business groups and single business travellers. All bookings are bed and breakfast, and any special dietary provisions can be accommodated. For homebodies, we offer a spacious patio, braai (barbeque), and bar area. Enjoy private conversations by the fire on cold winter nights, or raucous socialising on breezy Highveld summer days.

All guests are privy to free high-speed fibre Wi-Fi services, in-room DSTV and our scrumptious breakfast buffet. We also supply an honesty mini-bar in all rooms, and laundry services, on request. The guesthouse is situated on two interlinked properties with CCTV cameras and secure parking on the premises as the well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance.

A mere five kilometres from the central Braamfontein business district, 7th Street Conferencing, for up to 35 delegates, offers state-of-the-art facilities, for a peaceful, and focused corporate training, or team-building event. We offer multiple packages, from half-day workshops, to administrating full-day conferences. We offer catering, tech support, and accommodation for smaller groups of delegates.
