Antares Bush Camp & Safaris
Antares Bush Camp is an exclusive self-catering camp located within the Greater Kruger National Park on the Grietjie region of the Balule Nature Reserve. Accommodation includes 5 en-suite bedrooms (8 beds), a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven and 5-ring gas hobb ensuring there is sufficient space to cook for your large group. A spacious lounge and dining area leads out onto two decks over-looking the pool and braai area and offers great viewing possibilities of animals coming down to drink at the waterhole. An underground hide set at the waters edge offers an amazing experience to safely view animals from ground level and only a couple of metres away from them. Regular visitors to the Umgede hide include herds of elephants, prides of lions, flocks of a variety of bird species and many others.
Each bedroom has air-conditoners and an additional outside shower add to the ambience. The family room has a queen bed and in the adjoining room a set of bunk beds and a shared bathroom. The other three rooms are all twin bedded.
Wooden decks link the buildings meaning the entire camp is on one level until you head down the stairs to the pool, braai area and to visit the hide.
